The Lodge complex is located on a hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean with its beautiful white sandy beaches and cliffs. The ocean is only 1km away.

A short distance away is the Vida Silvestre National Refuge, where the enormous Loras turtles regularly disembark from their ocean travels to spawn their young. The birth of these little baby turtles is one of the world's most magnificent and unique spectacles.

The property occupies an area of 14,000 m2 and there is an option to expand this in the future by one additional hectare.

The Lodge is surrounded by lush vegetation and well-maintained gardens that are full of colourful local flora, attracting a plethora of colibríes (hummingbirds) and butterflies, which may be enjoyed from the various verandas.

The lodge roof has been constructed using zacate grass; cut, dried and hand-knotted by the indigenous local people. This gives it a unique and spectacular character.

It is an astonishing construction carried out in the traditional Ranch style of the local area, with a 30-metre-high roof supported on teak pillars selected from surrounding plantations.

This unique building houses the Reception, Restaurant, Bar and the Infinity Swimming Pool, from where guests can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding forest and the sounds of the Congo monkeys that inhabit the surrounding area.

The internal built-on surface area of the Lodge is 106 m2, with a total roofed area of 190 m2.

The Restaurant can seat 50 guests and its furnishings have been produced by Costa Rican craftsmen following the style that uses local, natural materials. This style has been used throughout the complex.

The Reception is located at the centre of the building and has a comfortable open-air waiting area.

The property's 6 beautifully decorated Villas are 50.5m2 in size and have two floors.

Three of the villas have a 14m2 solarium on the upper floor, adjacent to the bedroom.

All the villas have external access to two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and air conditioning and the other with two standard beds.

Each Villa can accommodate 4 guests.

Each villa's living area has a fully-fitted kitchen and bar, an outdoor 15m2 covered porch with teak decking supported on pillars.

All villas also feature an original bathroom containing a shower with a domed ceiling and a door leading to the exuberant rear garden and to the master bedroom.

The Villas have been constructed in an original style, with their design and materials being of the highest quality.

The Villa design combines concrete with teak timber, a Nicaraguan-style roof and good taste in interior design.
